What types of imaging services do you provide?
We offer a full range of diagnostic imaging services, including CT scans, MRI, Ultrasound, Digital X‑Ray, and preventative screening exams. Each service is performed using modern equipment and supported by experienced radiologists and technologists.
What should I expect during my imaging appointment?
Most imaging exams take between 15 and 30 minutes. You will be positioned comfortably on the table, and the technologist will guide you through each step. Some exams require you to stay still for short periods to ensure clear images. Our team will explain everything before the scan begins.
Will I need contrast dye for my scan?
Some CT and MRI exams require contrast material to highlight blood vessels or specific tissues. Contrast may be swallowed or injected through an IV. Please inform the technologist if you have allergies, diabetes, asthma, kidney problems, thyroid issues, or heart conditions before receiving contrast.
Will I be alone during the scan?
You may be alone in the scan room for safety reasons, but you are never isolated. The technologist can see, hear, and speak with you at all times through an intercom system. You can communicate with them whenever needed.
How do I access my results?
Patients and referring physicians receive secure online access to reports and images. Results are typically available within a short timeframe, depending on the type of exam. Our radiologists review every study carefully to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Do you accept insurance or help with claims?
Yes, we work with a wide range of insurance providers, and our team can assist you with claim processing and required documentation. If you are unsure whether your plan is covered, our front‑desk staff can verify your benefits and explain any out‑of‑pocket costs before your appointment. We also offer competitive self‑pay pricing for patients without insurance.
What services do all your clinic locations offer?
All our locations provide free parking, handicap accessibility, weekend and after‑hours appointments, same‑day STAT bookings, competitive cash pricing, and secure online access for both patients and referring physicians. Every branch is designed to offer a comfortable, modern, and patient‑friendly experience.
Is there anything I should know before arriving for my appointment?
Yes. Please bring your doctor’s referral with you, as it is required for most imaging services. We also kindly request that you arrive 10 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time to allow for check‑in, paperwork, and preparation. Arriving early helps us keep appointments running smoothly and ensures you receive your scan without delays.
Is it possible to cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment if needed. We kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible so we can offer the time slot to another patient. Cancellations can be made by calling our clinic or contacting us through your appointment confirmation message. There is no fee for standard cancellations made in advance.
